FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. Why have I never heard of The Lady of All Nations before?

A. For one thing the apparitions and messages continued up until 1984. Secondly, the approval for public veneration was only granted two years ago on May 31, 1996. Thus the propagation of the messages is only beginning to be heard. Remember although the Fatima apparitions of 1917 were approved thirteen years later in 1930, the rest of the world only began to hear about them in the 1950's. In addition to this, we are just not hearing about the approved apparitions of Our Lady from the pulpit. There are various reasons for this and none of them are good. Needless to say the responsibility for spreading the messages of The Lady of All Nations lies with the Catholic laity as are Lady has said. However, She did ask us to "organize a great movement to gain priests for this campaign." And don't forget She also asked us to have the Prayer of Amsterdam said in our churches. She said to "ask permission and it will be granted."

Q. You write that it is very important to receive the Eucharist daily. I find that very difficult and some days just impossible. What can I do?

A. Keep trying. Pray for this grace. On days when you can't receive Our Lord then make a "Spiritual Communion." Although this, of course, is not the same, there are graces attached to this spiritual exercise which are beneficial to you and all those you offer it up for. The "Spiritual Communion" and your desire to receive Our Lord are very pleasing to Our Lord and Our Lady.

Q. Your copyright reads, "Virgo Vincit Veritate." What does that mean?

A. Virgo Vincit Veritate is Latin for The Virgin Conquers Through Truth.

Q. I have never heard that the Blessed Mother's name, Mary, meant "unruled by the world or pierced with sorrow." I find that fascinating. Would you kindly tell me where I could find this information?

A. The name of Mary or Miriam has been interpreted by Hebrew scholars as meaning: 1) unruled by this world; 2) the perfect one; 3) bitter or pierced with sorrow. This interpretation comes from the study of classical literature and languages which is called philology. Broken down, philo is Greek for 'love'; and logos is Greek for 'word'. Thus, philology means the love of studying words or love of learning. You can find books on philology in any library or bookstore. You can also find such resources on the internet.

Q. You say that the apparitions at Akita were approved, how come we've never heard of this very important apparition by Our Lady?

A. The apparitions of Our Lady of Akita ended in 1982 and were not approved until 1984. However, for many years there were only two books written on these apparitions and even they were not made so readily available in bookstores. As a result, many people still are not aware of the miraculous events which took place in Akita seventeen years ago! As you are probably aware, there is not much talk from the pulpits any longer on any of the approved apparitions of Our Lady. Obviously, there is a battle being waged and anything to do with Our Lady, "Who shall crush the serpent's head," is either being omitted or distorted. Not to worry, "the outcome is already assured."

Q. How come you did not mention Our Lady of Lourdes?

A. As wonderful and significant as the apparitions of Our Lady at Lourdes are, the main focus was the affirmation of the dogma of the Immaculate Conception. That is, the apparitions of Our Lady did not reveal any information pertaining to the upcoming final Marian dogma nor did they contain prophetic messages relevant and identical to those of The Lady of All Nations, such as the comparison made in this website to Our Lady of La Salette. This does not mean that Our Mother's appearance at Lourdes was not a great grace nor that She had little else to convey to Her children at that time. Quite the contrary. As always Our Good Mother reminded us to pray and make many sacrifices and to say the Rosary always! In addition She gave a special prayer to St. Marie - Bernard, known to us as St. Bernadette, which was to be said constantly until her death. This special prayer was never revealed to the faithful; it was meant only for St. Bernadette to say. It does make one wonder. Could that prayer have been the Prayer of the Lady of All Nations given to us ninety-three years later on February 11, 1951, Our Lady of Lourdes' feast day! Another interesting fact is that Our Lady of Lourdes identified Herself to St. Bernadette as the Immaculate Conception on March 25, 1858. This is the feast of the Annunciation and the same feast day that Our Lady chose to appear to Ida Peerdeman of Amsterdam! Indeed this calls to mind the very victory that Our Mother has asked to prayer for at Fatima and of which She and Our Dear Lord have spoken of so often at Amsterdam. Because Our Mother is the Immaculate Conception and because She said "Yes" to the Angel Gabriel's annunciation She has "crushed the snake with Her foot. She has become united to Her Son as She has always been united with Him" (Lady of All Nations, August 15, 1951)! So although there is not the obvious direct correlations made to the Lady of All Nations as with other apparitions spoken of in this website, the fact is that the Immaculate Conception is the foundation upon which all else rests. That is to say that through God's Most Beautiful Immaculate Conception we have been given the salvation of Our Lord Jesus Christ and the One, True Universal Church under which there shall be, as it was always meant to be, "One Community for All Nations"(May 31, 1958)!

Q. Why did you only write about a select set of apparitions of Our Lady? Weren't there any others especially today that are connected to the Lady of All Nations?

A. It was through Divine Providence that we were made aware of the information which connected these particular apparitions of Our Lady. It is noteworthy that all of these apparitions carry approvals unlike many which are written about today. In addition, our research also showed that even those with approvals did not correlate with the particular messages of The Lady of All Nations nor the Victory of Her Immaculate Heart. The five that have been illustrated here have the "golden thread" running through them which makes them uniquely outstanding and sets them apart from all the rest. It is quite interesting to observe that in some cases the link was made by Our Lady. For example, at Akita the statue is that of The Lady of All Nations. In La Salette, She speaks of the "Protestant nation to the north" which is the Netherlands. The Miraculous Medal contains the fifth dogma which is the Victory of Our Mother's Immaculate Heart which She asked for at Fatima!

Q. Is it alright if I change the wording to the Prayer of Amsterdam?

A. Definitely not. Our Lady has said "these words have significance." They must "remain as they are." If you are referring to the phrase "Who once was Mary," this refers to the fact that Mary is no longer just Mary but rather The Lady, The Woman at the foot of the Cross. These words refer to Her Eternal Motherhood over all of us for She is Mother Whom Jesus gave to us from the Cross with the words: "Woman behold thy son!" This prayer has great power before the throne of God; it was given to us by Our Lady to invoke the Holy Spirit for these times especially. But the prayer is also to be said according to Our Lady even after we have passed through these difficult times, in other words - forever. Do not presume to know more than heaven! If you have difficulty, read the section entitled Picture & Prayer.

Q. I noticed that Our Lady appeared in two Catholic churches both with the name of St. Thomas. One apparently was in Germany and the other in Amsterdam, Holland. What is the relevance of this, if any?

A. Yes, there was a very definite reason for this. First of all, St. Thomas Aquinas is the great Dominican Theologian. If you remember, in the messages, The Lady of All Nations specifically instructed the Dominicans to spearhead the movement of spreading the messages, the prayer and the picture. She also asked that they would be the caretakers of the Her Image as The Lady of All Nations. Couple this request with the fact that The Lady of All Nations is requesting a final Marian dogma which will be a theological definition of Her relationship to us as The Mother and proclaimed ex cathedra, that is as a solemn and infallible papal pronouncement. It is not only totally logical to choose the churches of St. Thomas Aquinas for the late seer to receive messages and or Eucharistic experiences but, if you'll forgive the pun, quite clever! What Our Lady by God's divine wisdom has done, is none other than underscore two points at once, putting emphasis on the dogma while calling attention to the importance of the involvement of the Dominican Order of Preachers!

Q. Was there any other reason that Amsterdam was chosen for these great and revealing apparitions and messages?

A. Yes, although the main reason is that Amsterdam "is the city of the Miraculous Host." The Lady of All Nations had said the following of Amsterdam and all of the Netherlands: "Holland is on the brink total degeneration, there I have put my foot on Holland. From Holland I want to give a message to the whole world...Holland look out! Your people too have taken a wrong turn...Amsterdam will become the focus of the Lady of All Nations. These people will learn to pray to Her under this title to obtain unity for themselves, unity among all nations!"

It must not be overlooked that Our Lady gave Her Prayer and Her Image to Ida Peerdeman in Germany. As the Mother of God said "She weeps for Germany" and is greatly distressed over Her children there because "there are so many sick souls there and they must be saved...others are hard at work to draw the German people away from Rome...The Lady, Who must bring peace, came and gave Her Prayer in the country where Satan had reigned." So if you keep this idea in mind that there is trouble brewing in Germany, it would appear that Holland, the Netherlands, is right on the "frontlines" of an imminent spiritual battle and Our Lady is "staking out" Her position so to speak. But remember She is not against Her German children but rather She is preparing to snatch their souls back and in a gallant, glorious and global victory!

Q. At one point the Lady of All Nations held up three fingers and then five fingers. What does this mean?

A. At the time there were only three Marian dogmas. When the Lady of All Nations held up five fingers She was indicating to the world that eventually there would be a total of five Marian dogmas.

Q. I have read that the Lady of All Nations warns against the false prophet. Is that the anti-Christ? How can I tell who is a false prophet?

A. Anyone who works against Christ is an anti-Christ. Admittedly, there are those who are leading the nations astray and among them is the "false prophet and the beast" (cf. Rev 19:20). Now there are those who work among the flock of Christ very cleverly disseminating erroneous information while making themselves appear as visionaries, seers and mystics. They are sometimes accompanied by signs and wonders which God has allowed in these days (cf. Mt 24:24). They may appear truly concerned, empathetic and very pious. They may even espouse saying the Rosary or talk about the Eucharist but in the end they will make sure that you will follow them to perdition. They are aware of your weaknesses and play upon your anxieties and offer what appears to be a remedy for saving yourself but not your soul. These false prophets will often use the messages given by the Lady of All Nations, of which you are not aware of, and distort them just a bit while deliberately portray themselves as the receivers of these prophecies. They play a shrewd game and for the one purpose of ensnaring your soul. If you know your bible, very often you will note the discrepancies and false propaganda in their so called "messages."Some speak of the "New Jerusalem" or the "New Heavens and New Earth" as though these things were imminent, although they are really a part of the Last Judgment!

It has been said that there are those false prophets out there who are beguiling people into praying for the death of old people or those who are sick because this, according to them, would be more charitable and would alleviate any future suffering for the indigent, elderly and sick, especially they say if God were to pour out His wrath! Of course, God is about life and our lives give glory to God whether we are healthy, sick or old! Furthermore, such statements make people forget the value of suffering, that suffering can be used for atonement of our sins and the sins of the world and to the glory of God. These are just small examples of the dangerous times we are in spiritually and why the Lady of All Nations has warned us over and over again of the false prophets. What can you do? You must stay focused on God and entrust yourself to Our Mother. Stop looking to man for guidance. Seek only the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Live the simple faith; say the Rosary, the Prayer of Amsterdam, attend daily Mass and keep yourself busy with your vocation whatever that may be and perform many good works of charity. Remember what Jesus said: "Stop worrying. The unbelievers of this world are always running after these things. Your Father knows that you need such things. Seek out instead His kingship over you, and the rest will follow in turn" (Lk 12:30,31).

Q. It seems that the Lady of All Nations stresses suffering. Is this correct? I thought that this was not healthy and I have always been encouraged not to suffer but to ask for healings. Please help me to understand what God wants and is it alright to ask for healings?

A. Of course it is alright to pray for healings especially for others. However, we must ask that God's will be done. To pray for the healing or health of another is a sign of your love and compassion for another but it is also correct to pray that they whom you pray for have the grace to bear their sufferings like Christ on the Cross on behalf of their own soul and the souls of the Communion of Saints here on earth and in Purgatory. Unfortunately, today, we are not reminded of the healing of effects of suffering. And you are right, more often we are encouraged to pray for healings or miraculous cures. As a matter of fact, if this society were more inclined to take up their cross and offer up everything including their sufferings, we would probably not have the pandemic problems of euthanasia or abortion nor any of the other crimes and illnesses of this degenerate society. So in answer to your question the best way to express God's will is from the gospel of Mark, chapter 8 verse 34: "If a man whishes to come after Me, he must deny his very self, take up his cross, and follow in My steps."

The Lady of All Nations stands before the Cross of Her Son, "the first of His flock," as an example to all Her children. In following Her example, we can never go wrong. And Our Lady did also say to come before Her picture and "pray for all those in bodily and spiritual need...[She] promises...that those who ask will be heard." She will help them in whatever way God deigns, whatever is "the will of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit."

Q. Why haven't any of the other Popes proclaimed the dogma?

A. For one thing public veneration of the Lady of All Nations was approved until May 31, 1996 and therefore Her Prayer and Image and the messages did not become known until lately. But another more important reason is that, although the Pope will proclaim this "new and last dogma in Marian history" with His Crook, he can only do so when we, Catholics, do as Our Mother asks us to do and that is to request the Pope to declare the dogma of the Co-redemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate under Her title of The Lady of All Nations. This is the will of God. So we must all cooperate in this task: the Pope together with the flock! Up until now this was never done. For a more detailed explanation, see the section entitled "Dogma Petition."

Q. Where in scriptures does it mention or refer to Purgatory?

A. Read 2Maccabees 12:46; Job 1:5; and 1John 5:16-17.

Q. How does come to possess faith in God? Frankly I am at a loss and wouldn't know where to begin.

A. Faith is a gift from God. All you have to do is ask. Better yet place yourself everyday in Our Mother's Heart and Hands. Any simple spontaneous words such as "Mother help me," or "Mother show me the way," or "Mother I place myself in your hands" are all you need to say. You might want to say the Prayer of Amsterdam as a petition on behalf of yourself. You can rest assure that no sooner will you have said these words than you will begin to notice how quickly Our loving Mother answers them. For all Our Mother has ever wanted is to be united with Her children and to have all Her children love one another and that includes loving Her Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ! As a matter of fact, Mary, Our Mother, will never be satisfied until She has brought you and Our Lord back together again, such is Her love for you and Our Lord!

Q. Has the "third secret" of Fatima ever been revealed and is there any connection between it and the messages of the Lady of All Nations?

A. The third secret has never been announced. Although at one time it was speculated that it was to be announced in 1960. Because of the way it begins that "in Portugual the doctrine of faith will be preserved..." it can be deduced that what is inferred here is that a serious crisis in preserving the doctrine of faith throughout the world in the Church would occur if certain steps were not taken to safeguard it. This then directly points to the fact that several situations would have to be present concurrently in order to result in such a grave dilemma. One would be that the spread of Communism throughout the world had become realized. Another would be that there would be serious moral degeneration among all the societies. And last but not least is that there would be a significant falling away from the Church caused not only by the above factors but also by the existence of an apostasy within the Church itself. In light of this, it easy to see how the messages of the Lady of All Nations are directly connected to the third secret of Fatima.

Now if it is true that this secret was to be released in 1960, it is fairly obvious why. For by 1960 the problems of degeneration, Communism and apostasy were becoming clearly evident and the truth of the third secret would have been acknowledged. Now as to why it wasn't revealed in light of such formidable information, one can only guess. Perhaps there was an imprudent decision or perhaps by the time Pope John Paul II saw it, if he ever read it, it was irrelevant in that the prediction had already come to fulfillment. Whatever the case may be it just isn't worth pondering anymore for God in His goodness has revealed all that we need to know at Amsterdam! We must reflect now on the words of Our Lady at Amsterdam on May 31, 1981: "The time has come...Repent...He, the Holy Spirit, will save the world if [we] keep on imploring!" So say the Prayer of Amsterdam which is the powerful invocation to the Holy Spirit!

Q. Why haven't we heard a more detailed account of Mary's sufferings in the bible either from Herself or from the evangelists?

A. True love is humble and seeks to give all glory to God. Mary is the most perfect created being and as such She expresses Her love for God more perfectly than all others in complete humility. In essence you might say that Mary's self exists only to perpetuate Her fiat so that God's self lives within Mary. A better way to express this is that Mary is consumed with the love of God. Therefore Mary has always reflected God's glory. She would never have consented or even have entertained an idea such as having "a detailed account" of Her life or sufferings committed to writing. Mary lived only that God may live and dwell in Her and through Her in all His glory! Perhaps listening to the words of St. Louis M. de Monfort would make this clearer.

Of Mary St. Louis de Montfort said: "So great was Her humility that She desired nothing more upon earth than to remain unknown to Herself and to others and to be known only to God. In answer to Her prayers to remain hidden, poor and lowly, God was pleased to conceal Her from nearly every other human creature in Her conception, Her birth, Her life, Her mysteries, Her resurrection and assumption...Even though Mary was His faithful spouse, God the Holy Spirit willed that His apostles and evangelists should say very little about Her" until now when "Mary is to prepare ['God's true apostles'] to extend His rule over the impious and unbelievers."

Q. I thought with the consecration of Russia we would have had the "era of peace" Our Lady talks about at Fatima. Yet Our Lady speaks at Amsterdam of the promised "era of peace" which will result as a consequence to the proclamation of Her Dogma of The Co-redemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate under Her new title "The Lady of All Nations." I am confused. Will you please explain?

A. On July 13, 1917 Our Mother stated that "God wishes to establish in the world devotion to My Immaculate Heart. If what I say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace...I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart and the Communion of Reparation on the First Saturdays. If My requests are heeded, Russia will be converted and there will be peace." On June 13, 1929 Our Lord complained: "They did not wish to heed My request. Like the King of France, they will repent and do it, but it will be late. Russia will have already spread her errors throughout the world, provoking wars, and persecutions of the Church; the Holy Father will have much to suffer."

From what Our Mother has said at Fatima, we certainly would have had the era of peace if we had become devoted children of Her Immaculate Heart and if we had consecrated Russia to Her Immaculate Heart. As a matter of fact, if we had become devoted to Our Mother's Immaculate Heart we probably would have proclaimed the last Marian Dogma of the Co-redemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate soon after Our Mother's request back in 1951! More than likely if we had been devoted children of Our Mother, She would not have had to ask for this newest and last dogma since we would have naturally responded to Her love and in love and in union with the Holy Spirit, after the dogma of the Assumption, we would have proudly defined and announced to the world just Who this most loving Mother is: "The Mother of All Nations: Co-redemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate!" As has already been said, this dogma is the Ultimate Devotion of God's children to their Mother's Immaculate Heart! So as of yet, one part of Our Mother's request at Fatima has not been fulfilled and that is "world devotion to Her Immaculate Heart."

Now as to the matter of the "consecration of Russia to Her Immaculate Heart," we know that there have been innumerable attempts to perform the "collegial consecration" by various popes in a manner acceptable to heaven. The problem is that most consecrations were done as "world consecrations" and the specific mentioning of Russia has always been omitted as per the advice of theologians and at times it was not done with the proper response by the bishops all over the world. As Our Lord said, "They did not wish to heed My request...They will repent and do it but it will be late."

There seems to be two trends of thought as to whether the last consecration of Pope John Paul II was deemed acceptable. It is rumored by some since Russia wasn't mentioned but referred to as "the people whose consecration and entrusting you have been awaiting from us" that this was not the direct and precise formula demanded by Our Lady of Fatima and as such Our Lord has not granted the resultant graces. While others claim that since this phrase was understood as pertaining only to Russia, unlike previous consecrations, this one, it was rumored, was acceptable. This matter has been further confused by the fact that both camps claim to have discussed the matter with Sr. Lucia and that according to each side she has agreed with them. In other words, those who state that the consecration was approved say Sr. Lucia agrees with them. Those who regard the consecration as unsatisfactory declare that Sr. Lucia agrees with them. Obviously, "something is rotten in the state of Denmark." To put it another way, Sr. Lucia's good name is being volleyed around to distort the truth! In any case, it is only Our Mother, Our Lord, Pope John Paul II and Sr. Lucia who do know the truth! The rest is heresay!

So one might ask "where does that leave us?" Well let's propose that the last consecration was accepted. After all, could it be that that is why Our Lord's Eucharistic messages ended on the same day, March 25, 1984, as Pope John Paul II's consecration, leaving only the fulfillment of Our Lady's request of devotion to Her Immaculate Heart to be accomplished through the last Marian dogma? Or could it be that as Our Lord said, "They will do it but it will be late...[and] the Holy Father will have much to suffer?" Is this not possibly one of the Popes that Jacinta saw in her vision, suffering and in great distress as Our Lord predicted? If then the consecration has not been done properly, one could conclude without a doubt that it will be finally done the correct way and probably in conjunction with the proclamation of the dogma. But this is certainly late and at "what a cost" (October 7, 1945)! Now perhaps we can understand the importance of praying for the Pope as Our Mother has always reminded us to!
